Be sure to monitor the burn site and have a reliable water source nearby. We do not provide permits for burning. If you reside in an association, please contact them for any other restrictions.

Ladder 2222 and Tanker 2233 recently responded to Mountain Road, Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, for a reported dwelling fire. Deputy Chief 2202 arrived on scene, observed smoke showing, and requested an additional tanker from District 17. The fire was quickly contained/located, and units cleared the scene in approximately one hour. District 12, District 17, Lehighton ALS, and the PSP Fire Marshal also responded.
