Engine 1216 and Tanker 1236 responded to a working dwelling fire on North Shore Drive. Units arrived on scene to find smoke showing from the exterior of the residence. After making quick entry, firefighters extinguished the fire while also rescuing two dogs.

Engine 1216 responded to a fire alarm at State Representative Doyle Heffley's office on Route 903. Firefighters gained entry to find an excessive amount of heat in the room due to a heater malfunction.
