Rescue 1255 and Engine 1216 responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 903. Units arrived and found multiple patients declaring the incident as Level 1 MCI. Station #1 and multiple EMS units from Lehighton ALS, Lake Harmony EMS, West End EMS, and Pocono Mountain Regional ALS also responded.

Engine 1216 and Command 1277 responded to a working fire on Allegheny Drive, Monroe County. Engine 1216 pulled in right behind Engine 42 supplying it with water while the crew from both engines did the initial attack with two hose lines.

Rescue 1255 and Engine 1216 responded to an EMS assist in Mt. Pocahontas. Crews assisted with patient care and established a landing zone. Lehighton ALS and MedEvac 2 also responded. Units also handled a fire alarm on Route 903 just prior to the EMS assist.
Command 1277 was recently acquired to better serve Penn Forest Township. It is a 2007 Ford Expedition that will assist with transportation for incidents and training, act as a command unit, another 4x4 vehicle for severe road conditions, and other usage.
Early in the morning, Rescue 1255 and Engine 1216 responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 534. Engine 1216, Tanker 1236, and Rescue 1255 also responded to a dwelling fire on Gower Road. Units arrived to find a light smoke condition in the residence caused by an oil burner malfunction.
